Sharp pieces of glass, piercing my eyes,
Barbed wire stretching through my veins,
Tangled in my heart,
This emotional turmoil pains.
Stabbing daggers in my head,
Clouds obscuring thought,
Unshed tears tumbling fears,
This emotional turmoils, wrought.
Thumping , jumping, jingled nerves,
Stressed, distressed, distraught .
Sleep brings nightmares, crushing scenes,
Shadows haunt my dreams,
Unvoiced echoes in my mind,
This emotional turmoil screams.
